Disable Narrator on Windows 7

I enabled Narrator on Windows 7, just for fun, and it's really annoying and harder to configure than the Mac OSX voice.

So I tried to get rid of it but even when I closed it, Windows 7 reopen it on every restart. Clicking on the Control Panel I found how to disable it for good:

1. Control Panel
2. Ease of Access
3. Ease of Access Center
4. Use the computer without a display
5. Uncheck> Turn on Narrator
